Update to "Stop the hate, a technical tutorial to trace the origin of hate messages"

A few days ago I released a document that gives a technical overview on how to trace back hate messages. I called it "Stop the hate, a technical tutorial to trace the origin of hate messages", and you may download your free copy by clicking here.

I received some great feedback since the document was released, including some helpful suggestions on what tools are available in non-Windows operating systems.

I have now added an appendix to the document, called "Appendix A – “Trace Route” tools for additional Operating Systems". If you use Mac OS X, any Mac OS classic, or Linux check it out, this is for you.
